Individual Therapy
Therapy with me is a collaborative process of exploration and change. We work to understand the patterns, experiences, and relationships shaping how you feel and function, while also building the practical skills to navigate life differently in the meantime.
I work with adults and teens navigating anxiety, depression, stress, intense emotions, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. Sessions are 45 or 60 minutes and available in person or via telehealth throughout Wisconsin.
From the first session, we work together to understand what's brought you here and what you're hoping for. Over time, sessions become a space to slow down, look more closely at the patterns shaping your life, and practice something different.
My approach draws from relational and psychodynamic frameworks, alongside evidence-based tools from ACT, DBT, and CBT, meaning we work on two tracks at once: exploring the roots of what's keeping you stuck, while building practical skills for navigating the present. There's no rigid structure; the work adapts to you.
