My approach is depth-oriented and collaborative. We explore the experiences and relationships that shaped you while also building practical skills to help you cope in the meantime. The goal is lasting change, not just symptom management.

Yes. I offer in-person sessions in West Allis, Wisconsin, and telehealth sessions for clients throughout Wisconsin.

Sessions are flexible; you can choose between 45 or 60 minutes, depending on what works best for you.

Most clients meet weekly, especially at the start of treatment. Frequency can be adjusted over time based on your needs and goals.
