Ready to build something different?

Coaching for those who are done surviving and ready to start designing their life.

Who this is for:

Coaching works best when you have enough stability to shift your focus from what happened to what's next.

I work with…

Those navigating emotional intensity and relational patterns

You've done some of the internal work, and you're ready to translate that into real, concrete change in how you live and relate.

Loved ones

Partners, parents, siblings, and friends who care deeply about someone with intense emotional patterns and need support building boundaries, communication, and a life that doesn't disappear into someone else's crisis.

Young adults in transition

Figuring out who you are, what you want, and how to move forward with confidence when everything feels uncertain.

What to expect:

Coaching sessions are 50 minutes long and held virtually. We'll work collaboratively to identify patterns, set direction, and build the concrete steps that move you forward. This isn't about being told what to do. It's about getting clear on what you actually want and removing what's in the way.

Sessions are available individually or as part of a package.

Get in touch, and we'll figure out what makes sense for you.

Coaching is not therapy and does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If you're unsure which is the right fit, get in touch, and we'll figure it out together.

A little about my approach

I came to coaching as a natural extension of the clinical work I do, because understanding yourself is only part of the story. At some point, the work shifts from insight to action, and that's where coaching lives.

I bring a relational lens to coaching, meaning I pay attention to patterns rather than just presenting problems. You don't need to spend sessions in your past here. But understanding why the patterns exist is what makes building something different, actually possible.

I work with clients across the US.
